How to book

You can book in person, by phone, by post or online. You can also book by smartphone using our mini app within Big Local App Stafford. When paying by post, cheques should be made payable to Stafford Borough Council and should be sent along with your contact details, performance date and time and number of tickets required to the theatre address.

Payment and Ticket Collection

Tickets can be paid for by cash, cheque or credit and debit cards, and we accept Access, Visa, Delta and Maestro cards. Reservations are held for five working days. Any reservations not paid for, will be released for sale. The theatre management does not offer the option to exchange tickets or refund money. Only in exceptional circumstances, as deemed by the theatre management, will an exchange of ticket or refund be given. Discounts and Concessions

Concessions are available for many performances and apply to children under 16, full time students, people over 60 and people claiming unemployment benefit. Proof of status may be required for concessionary tickets. Concession prices are shown in brackets where they apply. Family tickets: 2 adults, 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children, only available from the Box Office, not online, not available on all performances/events. For many performances group discounts are also available for parties of 20 or over. Children under 2 years will be admitted to the theatre for free, but they must sit on the lap of their respective parent/guardian. A 'Babes in Arms' ticket must be booked by the adult when purchasing tickets, any children using a seat will be required to pay the normal ticket price. Ask the Box Office for further details.
