Access for Disabled People
Wheelchair spaces are available and should be reserved with the Box Office when booking tickets so we can ensure all seating requirements are met. An accompanying adult may also be brought if assistance is required, charged at 50% of an adult ticket price. There is lift access to the Gatehouse Theatre and ramped access to the MET Studio as well as adapted toilets.
Disabled badge holders can park outside the theatre in the lay-bys or on Market Street after 6.00pm everyday. Please leave access to Market Street for emergency service vehicles.
Both theatres are equipped with an Infra-red system to assist the hearing impaired. Receivers can be reserved from the Box Office for use with or without hearing aids.
Seeing and hearing guide dogs are welcome.
